Michael Dickie has completed the sale of our family home. He sold it in two weeks time which was excellent as the sale began in early March, with the climate, dreary, rainy, wet, overcast, etc. What an incredible and very pleasant surprise.

Recently, our mother listed her house with Michael Dickie, a sales representative from your office. She had just lost her husband of forty years and could no longer afford to remain in the family home. This was a major happening in her life. We needed a Real Estate agent who could understand the situation and handle it accordingly. We live in Vernon and were unable to do much being so far away. Michael treated Mom as though she was his own mother, often going out of his way to do things that were not part of the job. He made sure that she fully understood everything that was happening with the listing. He kept in contact with her and also with us here in Vernon.

We met Michael through my Mother. We listed Mom's house in Burnaby & Mom bought a condo. Mom died recently and again we called Michael (why wouldn't you call the best). This transaction proved very difficult for Michael, as family was involved. It was a bit messy as some family members proved to be difficult. Michael handled them beautifully.

The Condo sold in a short time. Also I give my highest recommendation & respect to Michael.

I only wanted to let you know how impressed we were with Michael Dickie.

We had listed our house for almost one year with other companies and it did not sell even with a lower price so we decided not to sell the house for another two years. We had many, many calls from real estate agents but we did not agree to list with anyone until Michael called us.
